Sessions are conducted via Discord video call or screen-share. You'll connect with a StreamBuddy team member who will take you through whatever you need — whether that's a first-time install, debugging a connection issue, configuring your AI co-host's personality, or setting up your OBS overlay. You drive the conversation. Sessions are booked through a scheduling link sent to your email after purchase.
You need at least the Base or Pro license to use StreamBuddy itself. Support plans are separate — they cover the human assistance side (setup, troubleshooting, training). If you haven't purchased a license yet, visit the pricing page to get one first, then come back here to add support.
Minor issues are things like a setting not behaving as expected, a voice not loading, or a platform connection needing re-authorisation — typically resolvable by email without a live session. Major issues are deeper problems: the app not launching, features completely non-functional after an update, or configuration conflicts that require screen-share to diagnose. Priority and Concierge plans cover both. Assisted covers minor issues only.
StreamBuddy's AI co-host responds to your chat with a voice, a name, and a personality you define. Personality training (Concierge plan) means a live session dedicated to crafting that persona with you — dialling in the right tone (funny, hype, chill), writing a system prompt that fits your stream's vibe, selecting a voice character that sounds natural, and testing responses against real chat scenarios. Think of it as a creative briefing for your AI co-host.
Yes. Session packs are standalone — you can buy one even if you already have an Assisted or Priority plan. They're useful if you want extra live time beyond your monthly allocation, or if you just prefer pay-as-you-go rather than a subscription.
Yes, monthly plans can be cancelled any time before your next billing date with no penalty. Quarterly, 6-month, and annual plans are billed upfront for the full period but can be cancelled before they renew. Your StreamBuddy software continues to work after a support plan lapses — you simply lose access to direct support and live sessions.
All paid support plans are available on four billing cycles: Monthly (full price, cancel anytime), 3-Month (save 17%), 6-Month (save 28%), and Annual (save 44%).
